Our Story
The journey of Nanofacile started in 2016 with a Ph.D. student arriving in Canada, inspired by a vision to harness the latest advancements in engineering, biology, and nanomedicine to develop life-saving therapies more rapidly. However, from the outset, multiple obstacles were encountered as developing these therapies proved to be slow, costly, and heavily reliant on specialized expertise.
With close to a decade of R&D experience and insights gained from discussions with over 100 researchers, CEOs, and CTOs, it became evident that these challenges were a collective struggle among researchers and innovators globally. This realization triggered the formation of a dedicated team on a journey to overcome these barriers. In August 2023, Nanofacile was founded with the mission to empower biotech innovators to unlock their full potential. Supported by individuals, and organizations from diverse backgrounds, our goal is to accelerate and de-risk nanomedicine R&D, making groundbreaking therapies more accessible to those who need them most.
